About Laura

Laura Morby got her start in real estate at a young age, walking through properties with her entrepreneurial father.

Shortly after having her first son, Laura attended real estate school at 22 and worked as an eviction assistant, buyers agent, and real estate agent with a 100% sign rate of short sale listing appointments.

Stemming from hard work and grit, Laura is now in the top .05% of real estate agents with over $7 million in combined sales for 2021.

In 2015, she married her husband, Pace Morby. Pace is the founder of Subto, a creative financing and investing course. Together, they have two children, Asher and Corbin, and are expecting their third. Laura has worked closely with Pace, using her wealth of knowledge about investing and real estate to give lectures and teach classes on Pace’s SubTo course.

Laura has also been a guest speaker at many of his Masterminds. Currently, Laura is Pace’s listing agent and confidant in their many different businesses in the investing and real estate space.

Together, they are the stars of the newest A&E TV show, Triple-Digit Flip, which was released in the fall of 2021.

Most recently, Laura has poured her 12+ years of experience into S.T.O.P. Method, a one-of-a-kind course to help beginners and agents of all backgrounds source deals without any money, experience, or network.

Realizing that many investors and agents simply don’t have the time to do the legwork to find all of their deals, Laura decided to help.

In between running her own business and being a wife and mother, Laura has coached numerous entrepreneurs. That led to her desire to create the Sell High Society, a network to connect investors, agents, those looking to scale their business, or those wanting to break into the real estate industry.
